If you want to know How To Diet Healthy, read on...
Real hunger is when your body needs more fuel. Emotional hunger is when your soul or feelings need feeding. If you are experiencing real hunger have something sensible to eat, and if you can identify it as emotional hunger, try and find something to distract yourself with, e.g. a good hobby and maybe a herbal tea rather than that chocolate bar.
Try to eat slowly and only eat enough to make you feel full, but not to the point where you feel uncomfortable.
I am sure you will have heard this one before, but it is a tip to always remember - eat before you go shopping for groceries, don't go out hungry as you are much more likely to be tempted to buy your favourite nibbles. Try something like a rice cake, or a piece of fruit maybe, or perhaps a cucumber and lettuce sandwich made with slimmer's bread.
- Dieting Foods
Don't forget the good old standbys. If you live in a hectic World and have a rushed and stressful life trying to cope with family and work, you'll find there are plenty of dieting foods that are pre-packed in the supermarkets which will also give you many tips on the packet on how to diet healthy; it is better to try and make your own, but these are great instant meals; don't feel guilty, remember life is for living.
- Organizing your house and kitchen
By organizing your home office, you can reduce the time taken to get jobs done, and hence reduce your stress in your life; stress and over-eating often go hand-in-hand.
By organizing your kitchen, you'll make life a lot easier for yourself. Try to get rid of all the most tempting foods you can and those you can't, try putting a label on to deter you from temptation. Two labels I use are "Fatty Fatty" and "Fatty Bun", these remind me not to be quite so tempted - a small tip but it does actually work for me.
